The System Design Project focuses on identifying the pain points with available band-aids when used for joints like elbows & knees, followed by designing a band-aid especially for joints that cover larger wounds

The Project focuses on identifying the pain points of the housewife, job professionals, students, & providing them with an easy solution for getting clothes washed in any situation, thus building & creating employment for the people in need during this pandemic situation.

Overview
Context
Cloundry is a business concept UI/UX project, which will give the people a type of employment to earn and to develop their own business. It provides users with all-around dry and wet cleaning services at your doorstep, a kind of service design concept which has the potential to grow.
Problem
It was seen that a lot of users were facing problems related to washing, and laundry service was not available in a certain location or outside the range, also problems related to washing clothes for housewives, job professionals, students was a tough job. So by identifying this loophole we went forward to investigate & solve it.
Design Process
The Diverge-and-Converge Technique was followed for this project so that when team members diverge, they research, analyze, generate, or design independently, without discussing thoughts or findings with others. When team members converge, they share their findings, insights, ideas, or designs with one another.

An online survey was conducted using a google form, where relevant questions were asked to potential users to gain real insights/perspectives towards Laundry service. All through we got 27 responses and interviewed 4 individual stakeholders.

About
Rakhi is a housewife in Delhi. Her husband is a Businessman & leaves home every day at
9 am every day. she cooks food and packs lunch for her husband and children. She usually finds it tough to give heavy clothes like blankets, sofa covers, etc to laundry for cleaning at least twice a year.

Introducing Cloundry
A Single Platform that connects laundry service with their stakeholders, has the potential to connect laundry service at a global level providing all kinds of wet and & dry cleaning service at your door.
Introducing 'Cloundry', a mobile application that allows users onboarding smoothly with just a mobile number and certain other details.
Urgent Wash
This facility is available for users in big cities when suddenly ney need to go for a trip, vacation, office tour, etc, need to catch flight or train- here is the urgent service that delivers you washed clothes in just three hours.
Not only this- they can deliver your clothes at your
desired locations also like outside airport, railway station, bus-stand, etc.
Traditional
Hand wash
Another unique service provided by cloundry is the traditional hand washing of clothes especially for delicate clothes like saree with embellishments, costly clothes, etc.
Live Delivery Status
Here is another added feature where the user after delivering the clothes can track live clothes getting washed, going to the drier section, clothes getting folded, out for delivery &, etc.
Feedback/ Rating
There the user after getting the washed clothes back, they are asked to give rating, feedback, any comment about the service. this helps mutually for the company and the service provider to grow.

Usability Testing
Participants showed high satisfaction and are motivated to use the application. they were able to book urgent and traditional hand washing services on the application, they were happy to see live tracking of the service at each level.
It's fun to experience something like this, and the best part is the kind of employment that this application generates for people like us (housewifes, daily wage workers, etc).
